Position: Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish) Type: 3-6 Month Contract (On-Site) Location: Rancho Cordova, CA LHH is seeks a highly organized and motivated Bilingual Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and will play a crucial role in supporting office operations, ensuring smooth communication between Spanish-speaking clients and staff, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our administrative processes. Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from clients, providing excellent customer service in both Spanish and English.
Assist Spanish-speaking clients with their inquiries, service requests, and scheduling needs.
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, documents, and reports.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
Assist in the preparation of contracts, proposals, and invoices.
Assist in coordinating landscaping projects, including communicating project details to clients and staff.
Track project progress and provide updates to clients and management.
Qualifications
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the landscaping or construction industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
