• Collaborate with branch locations to streamline gas filling and distribution processes for consistency and effectiveness.

Compliance Management

• Uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance.

Operational Efficiency

• Optimize operations at industrial gas plants to maximize efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.

Safety Advocacy

• Conduct safety reviews, audits, and meetings to cultivate a strong safety culture within the organization.

Training and Development

• Develop, implement, and monitor regulatory training programs for plant associates.

Performance Monitoring

• Track and analyze industrial gas plant performance metrics, set targets, and ensure standards are met.

Problem Resolution

• Quickly address operational issues to minimize disruptions and maintain smooth operations.

Production Planning

• Plan and coordinate operations to meet customer demands efficiently.

Best Practices Promotion

• Advocate for and implement industry best practices within the organization.

Innovation and Improvement

• Research and implement innovative solutions to enhance industrial gas plant operations.

Travel Requirements

• Be prepared to travel up to 80% of the time to various sites within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10-15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial gas plant operations, regulations, and management.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Google Sheets, and SAP.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle with insurance.
