Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish)LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a full-time Bilingual Administrative Assistant in Boynton Beach, FL area. Our client is looking to bring on an Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support a standard office structure. This role will be in a fast-paced environment with team and independent projects or tasks. Ideal Candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the construction field. Position will be 100% on site. This will include typical administrative responsibilities in addition to: Responsibilities
Conduct biweekly audits of subcontractors workers' compensation (W/C) policies on the Division of Workers Compensation search page to ensure compliance.
Communicate with subcontractors and/or insurance brokers as needed.
Answering phones and greeting client/ customers
Manage the addition and removal of subcontractors' names and policies into the Division of Workers' Compensation Policy Tracking Database and monitor related emails.
Provide office supplies/ ordering
Regularly communicate with Field Superintendents and Area Managers to track crew leader changes.
Schedule meetings
Request a roster of employees every week from all our subcontractors using an Employee Leasing Company and distribute them to the field on a weekly basis.
Sort incoming and outgoing mail and route incoming calls to appropriate department or individual
Ensure all subcontractors' general liability (GL) and workers' compensation (WC) policy information is up to date in our system.
Greet and accommodate all visitors, visiting areas and conference rooms
Required Qualifications And Skill Sets
Must be bilingual – English/ Spanish
Ability to operate most standard office equipment
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills
Punctuality and reliable attendance during regular business hours
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to multi-task, independent thinking or planning skills
Customer service-oriented, both over the phone and in person.
