Environment : Inbound call center
Responsibilities :
Handle inbound calls from members / patients
Partner with pharmaceutical and life science companies
Provide support and answer medication-related questions
Follow very scripted, transactional processes
Qualifications :
Education : Associate’s degree preferred (not required)
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a call center
Skills :
Empathetic and compassionate demeanor
Strong desire to help people
Excellent communication skills
Bilingual : Fluent in English and Spanish
Pay Details : $ per hour
