Job Type: Contract to Hire
Salary: $24- $26
Location: Sandy Springs, GA (In office Monday – Friday)
Position Overview:
The Bilingual Administrator provides direct administrative support to the Clinical Services Department, ensuring its overall success. This role involves maintaining accurate database systems, generating necessary reports, and offering general administrative support to the department and its leadership. Additionally, this position plays a crucial role in data management projects, collaborating with other departments within the agency.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience with Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal skills for handling sensitive situations with poise and diplomacy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to work independently while accepting direction.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and database management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Capability to lift and carry 30 pounds.
- Provide administrative support to Clinical Services leadership.
- Maintain client records in multiple database systems.
- Ensure confidentiality of medical records.
- Communicate with treatment centers and staff.
- Manage clinic schedules and tasks for the Outreach team.
- Enter statistical data into relevant systems.
- Manage Emergency Action Plan program and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with other staff to cover phones and provide office support.
- Assist at Clinical Services events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by department leadership.
- Report customer service concerns and potential HIPAA violations.
- Assist with county, state, and federal reports.
- Ensure data integrity and dissemination of information.
- Verify the completeness and correctness of transcribed records.
- Proactively identify and rectify data errors.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding protected health information.
- Attend required educational training sessions.
- Lead assigned projects.
