LHH is searching for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) HR Generalist to join our client in the Milwaukee area. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in multiple HR focuses.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the EHS Manager to ensure safety first mindset
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Identifies training needs and individual coaching needs. Participates in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met
- Coaches and mentors managers on employee issues, performance management, and performance evaluations
- Assist with benefits administration
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3 years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English
