LHH is Hiring a Bookkeeper Office Manager Near Charlotte, NC

LHH is seeking a Bookkeeper Office Manager to join our client in Charlotte, NC on a temp-to-hire basis. This client offers an exciting environment with a variety of job responsibilities. This company operates on a hybrid basis, allowing employees to work from home 2 days a week.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing the AP process – ensuring all invoices are in the system
  • Creating wires and sending them through the banking system
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Reconciliations
  • Assisting with the budget process
  • Providing administrative support to executives
  • Keeping the office stocked and maintained for any visitors
  • Assisting with event coordination
  • Additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • Ability to multi-task and support multiple areas of the business
  • Experience in a commercial real estate environment is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with AP and bookkeeping required
Compensation:
  • The anticipated pay range for this position is between $24 to $28/hour depending on experience.
Work site:
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days from home
Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
