Branch Manager

Location : Tampa, FL 33637

Hours : Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (flexible)

Core Duties:

• Oversee all branch operations, emphasizing safety, staff development, facility maintenance, cost management, and regulatory compliance.
• Promote and enhance a safety culture, conducting incident investigations and providing corrective actions.
• Develop training tools for safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, and EPA regulations while maintaining training records.
• Supervise and manage direct reports effectively, including recruitment, staff development, and retention strategies.
• Conduct interviews, training, performance appraisals, and address associate concerns.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handle inquiries promptly and courteously, maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Manage existing accounts and identify target accounts for growth, supporting outside sales representatives.
• Oversee branch operations, profitability, and facility cleanliness, managing budgeting, accounts receivable, and inventory.
• Schedule preventative maintenance for equipment and vehicles, ensuring adequate inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• SAP knowledge and experience advantageous.
• Experience in a high volume production environment.
• Industrial or Medical gas experience a plus.
• FDA or DOT experience REQUIRED.

Salary Range : $55,000 - $75,000 Salary bonuses
