Requirements:
- Experience:
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas to management, up to the middle management level.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with experience engaging external third-party vendors.
- Vendor management and relationship management experience.
- Solid understanding of contract administration, commercial terms and conditions, licensing, business development, or procurement.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level).
- Experience with Ariba Contract Management and analytical tools like Excel and Power BI is preferred.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage and prioritize workloads.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing IT suppliers, preferably in managed service or outsource contracts (Required).
- Experience with Agile or digital ways of working is a plus.
- Qualifications:
- A BA/BSc degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in vendor/contract management.
- Experience with IT Labor and Service contracts.
- Experience in data analytics.
- Industry-relevant professional qualifications, such as membership in the Chartered Institute of Purchasing Supply, are preferred.
- Provide commercial support to the Strategic Supplier Management team, driving vendor partner performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand, source, and deliver service requirements that maximize business value while mitigating risk.
- Support Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews, assisting in preparation and performance tracking.
- Review and analyze IT Labor and Services contracts, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to support vendor management strategies.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures for stakeholder engagement and vendor management.
- Be a part of a dynamic team that values innovation and strategic thinking.

- Engage with high-profile vendors and play a key role in shaping the company’s vendor management strategies.
