Buyer

LHH is currently seeking an experienced Buyer with strong communication and negotiation skills. The Buyer will be responsible for issuing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and working with contractors/supplies to monitor logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track product inventory levels across all locations.
• Management of ERP system.
• Authorizes payment for purchases maintaining appropriate paperwork
• Responsible for supplier relationships and negotiations
• Work with Operations and Customer Service representatives on supplier issues
• Proactive monitoring of current market trends
• Verify purchases orders comparing to delivered items
• Assist with quality assurance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience in purchasing capacity preferred
• Strong negotiating skills
• SAP is a Plus

Employment Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday through Friday

Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 based on experience
