We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to join one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing setting and will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials, supplies, and equipment for the manufacturing process.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Manage vendor relationships, including evaluating performance and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Resolve any issues related to purchase orders and deliveries.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Buyer in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
