Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies, negotiate contracts, and optimize competitive positioning.
- Foster strategic supplier relationships to achieve cost-effective solutions aligned with business goals.
- Monitor and optimize supplier performance to address service and quality issues.
- Drive Supplier Relationship Management activities to mitigate risks and enhance performance.
- Achieve savings and value targets through cost reduction and avoidance.
- Negotiate supplier agreements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Economics.
- 3-5 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management experience, focusing on indirect categories.
- Strong project management, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Up to 10% travel may be required.
