LHH is currently recruiting for a Clinical Social Worker in Indianapolis, IN. In this role you will be working with patients and their family members providing resources to improve their mental and social well-being. This is a direct hire, hybrid role that does require some state-wide travel 1-2 times a month.
Requirements
-Assess needs of patients and their family members at the clinic
-Work closely with providers and nurses to develop plan of care
-Provide community resources to improve the mental and social well-being of the patients
-Participate in community events as needs
Qualifications
-Master's degree in social work
-LCSW in the state of IN preferred
-3 years of previous clinical social work experience
-Ability to travel 1-2 times a month throughout the state of Indiana
Compensation
-$70,000-$100,000 depending on experience
