LHH is Hiring a Collections Specialist (Streetsboro) Near Streetsboro, OH

LHH has an immediate opening for a Collections Specialist in Streetsboro. This is a great opportunity for any qualified candidate with an accounting/customer service background that is looking to advance their skillset into a rewarding career.
This contract to hire position will put the Collections Specialist in a role where they reach out to Businesses to collect on delinquent accounts, answering client questions, and setting up payments. Responsibilities:
  • Collections on delinquent accounts
  • Everyday ERP usage
  • B2B phone calls
  • Answering customer questions
  • Assist with setting up payments
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is required
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge with the Microsoft Office Products
Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills in a call center environment
  • A consistent level of professionalism at all times
  • Problem solving skills
Experience:
  • Two years of experience required
Employment Type:
  • Contract to Hire
Compensation:
  • $22.00 to $24.00 an hour
Work Hours:
  • Full Time 40 Hours per week
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
