Commercial Construction Project Manager

Job Description

• We are looking for a Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery.
• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in construction management, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience, and a proven track record of managing complex commercial construction projects.
• As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for budgeting and cost estimation, project management planning, progress monitoring, project scheduling, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, cost oversight and reporting, client pay requests, and contract management.
• You will also be expected to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, vendors, and community stakeholders, and to uphold the high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Understanding of contractual language and concepts, insurance and managing risk and liability.
• Working knowledge of estimating concepts to verify bids, understand market rates, and process change orders.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, vendors, and community stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, and other relevant software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
