LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a strong boutique law firm in their search for an accomplished Litigator. This group has a diverse and exciting practice focused on contract disputes, corporate dissolution, employment issues, franchise issues, environmental litigation, insurance matters, airline litigation and more.

There is NO MINIMUM BILLABLE HOURS REQUIREMENT. This is a lifestyle firm where attorneys do not regularly work on nights and weekends. They provide great pay and bonuses, a people first culture, and lots of opportunities for hands on growth and development.

Candidates should expect to perform significant and substantive legal research and writing, communicate with Courts, counsel, and clients, attend Court, take depositions, and generally engage in all aspects of a strong commercial litigation practice under the mentorship and guidance of top practitioners.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on litigation experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Clerkships are a plus
• JD from an accredited law school
• Must be admitted to practice in NJ. NY preferred but not required.

The provided salary range for this role is $100,000 to $150,000 bonus and origination with flexibility based on experience. Benefits to be provided include health, vision, dental, and life insurance, 401k, PTO, dues, cles and memberships covered, and more.
