LHH is searching for a Commercial Property Manager for one of our clients here in the Milwaukee area. This person will be managing a large complex of A rated buildings in the greater Milwaukee area.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties.
• Strong understanding of financial reports, basic business fundamentals, including P&L management and CAM Reconciliations.
• Regularly monitors each property budget. Reviews financial statements compares to budget and accounts for monthly variances. Implements new strategies or recommends budget adjustments when needed to meet property objectives and goals.
• Analyzes. prepares, and presents annual budgets for final review.
• Prepares monthly financial reports in collaboration with Property Accountant.
• Design business plans for assigned properties to suit customer's needs.
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet company standards.
• Works with team to ensure maintenance work orders at each property are completed in a timely and effective manner.
• Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends.
• Oversees, implements, and participates in on-going staff training, coaching, and counseling. Monitors management of staff and overall staff performance.
• Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5 years of experience in commercial property management
• Previously demonstrated success managing or supervising employees
• Ability to provide a high level of service and relationship management with tenants
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once, creative problem solving, and a high sense of urgency.
