LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an established corporate law boutique headquartered in Chicago in its search for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate . This is an opportunity to join a sophisticated, client-centered practice providing pragmatic business and legal advice to a robust roster of middle-market clients.

The Opportunity

• Diverse practice, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, construction, and syndications
• Open, collegial firm culture ; focus on associate development and opportunity
• Hybrid office arrangement
• 1600-1800 billable range
• Base salary in $150-200K range

Qualifications

• 4 years of CRE experience in a midsized or large law firm setting
• Hands-on acquisitions, disposition, leasing, and RE finance experience
• Ability to manage all aspects of a transaction from start to finish
• Interest in client interaction and relationship-building
• Strong academic background , including JD from an accredited law school
