Job Posting : Construction Administrator

Location : Martinez, CA

Pay Rate : $22-$24 per hour

Hours : 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Key Responsibilities :

Manage new client inquiries, register clients, and review their project files.

Draft construction intake write-ups, bid proposals, and repair proposals.

Oversee the entire proposal file inventory.

Maintain records of inventories, client directories, and all proposals.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Screen and forward calls from the mainline appropriately.

Create and organize customer files.

Software Proficiency :

Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Google Drive (with a focus on Google Sheets)
