Contract Real Estate Litigation Attorney

Location: Downtown Los Angeles

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract (2-3 Months), Onsite

Hourly Rate: $50 to $65 per hour

LHH is collaborating with a boutique law firm in Downtown Los Angeles in seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney with a focus on landlord-tenant litigation. This is an onsite, contract position designed for an attorney who is passionate about real estate law and has substantial experience in landlord-tenant disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation in landlord-tenant litigation matters.
• Assist in all phases of trial preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies and ensure effective representation.

Requirements:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate law with a focus on landlord-tenant litigation.
• Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
