LHH is working with Private Equity backed, residential Construction/Services client that is rapidly growing and adding several seats to their team.
We are looking for a Controller to take ownership of the role, due to build outs, scaling and restructuring. You will have the opportunity to build out a team, create processes from the ground up and identify efficiencies in the organization that is primed for sale/exit.
-$140k-$160k 20% Bonus
Responsibilities
- Oversight of all transactional and operational accounting processes
- Create consolidated COA from the ground up
- Implement and oversight for internal controls and identifying efficiencies
- Oversight of contracts, negotiation of terms, and eliminate redundancies
- Identify areas for growth earnings within the business
Qualifications
- 7 years of relevant experience
- Private Equity Backed companies preferred
- Construction, HVAC, Services or similar industry
- Scaling or build outs for companies over $200mm in revenue
