Controller

LHH Recruitment Solutions has an exciting new opportunity for a Controller in the Vegas area. Our client is seeking a highly motivated Controller who will play an integral role in meeting the companies growth and financial goals. This role owns the financial health of the branch by managing budget, analyzing job profitability, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Revenue & Cost Management
• Client & Vendor Management
• Budgeting & Planning
• Accounting & Compliance

Qualifications:

• 5 yrs of accounting experience
• 5 years in managing and directing financial reporting activities

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, required

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Proficiency with accounting software's (Sage300 preferred)
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and application of accounting principles

Compensation: $100,000-115,000 bonus
