The Corporate Sales Specialist is a key player responsible for supporting existing customers & developing new sales. A successful specialist will have a proven track record in business development and sales activities. He/She will interact with customers to handle customer inquiries about products and services, develop new and grow existing business opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Sell and service target accounts.
• Identify new opportunities to sell and cross-sell our entire product line to grow business with existing accounts and maximize the sales revenues from these accounts.
• Develop new opportunities to generate and grow sales from past customers and prospects.
• Consistently meet or exceed activity and sales goals and contribute towards the accomplishment of department goals.
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about additional products and services.
• Creates and maintains customer accounts by recording and updating account information in our CRM system.
• Recommends potential products and services to Management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Enters customer information by obtaining required data.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the Director of Projects & Training and other members of Management.
