Position Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, Flexible Schedule
Note: This position is fully onsite and requires flexibility in working hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, or 10:00 am - 7:00 pm).Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and email communication.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
