Main Responsibilities
- Create a culture and process that achieve the business goals and objectives with regards to providing the highest level of customer service
- Build and develop a team of individuals dedicated to creating personal relationships with existing accounts to maintain and expand current customers
- Lead and develop the team to enhance performance by setting clear accountable performance measures; Identify and provide feedback through effective use of personal development plans, coaching, and development opportunities
- Work effectively with all peers across the company
- Act as the Voice of the Customer
- Engage in a proactive customer service approach and methodologies to strengthen relationships
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders; Identify threats and raise red flags to the customer
Professional Experience / Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in managing the Customer Service Department as a Manager or Director level
- Salesforce Experience preferred
- Experience within Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, or similar Industry
- Customer Account Management required
- Experience hiring and building a team
- Established track record of exceeding targets, KPIs, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and communicate with others at all levels
- Able to adapt and succeed in a changing culture and behaviors
