LHH is partnered with a major client in Batavia that is in need of a Customer Service Representative. Past Customer Service experience in a manufacturing setting is strongly preferred. This position is in a fast paced call center environment and duties consist of order entry, checking inventory, following up on invoices and more. Strong communication and listening skills are a must, if you feel this opportunity is right for you, hit the “apply now” button immediately!
Responsibilities:

• Checking inventory for customers
• Order processing
• Documenting phone calls
• Invoicing
• Giving quotes to vendors

Qualifications:

• Ability to conduct a large number of inbound calls
• Past customer service experience in manufacturing required
• Data entry skills

Skills:

• Great interpersonal skills while fielding phone calls from customers
• A strong proficiency with computers, in particular with the Microsoft Office Products
• Focus on quality

Experience:

• Two years of experience is required

Employment Type:

• Contract to Perm

Compensation:

• $16.00 to $16.50 per hour

Work Hours:

• 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
• Hybrid schedule after training, work three days from home per week
