LHH is Hiring a Customer Service Representative- Malvern, PA Near Malvern, PA
Responsibilities:Respond professionally to inbound calls, emails, and other inquiries
Do outreach to customers to assist with needs
Will complete placement requests to establish relationships with vendors
Adhere to performance metrics and quality assurance call standards
Maintain data forms e-faxed from the field and enter in the appropriate database
Achieve the metrics and goals set for the department
Qualifications:H.S Diploma
Must be proficient in MS Office Suites
Strong organizational skills
Must be able to communicate professionally and efficiently
Data entry speed of 25-40 keystrokes per minute required
6 months of prior customer service experience
Employment type: Contract to Hire (temp to possible Perm )
Salary: The anticipated pay range is between $16-$17/hr. depending on experience
Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
