LHH is partnered with a major client in Mentor that is in need of a Customer Service Representative. Past Customer Service experience in a manufacturing setting is required.
This position is in a fast paced environment and duties consist of working an email box and web portal, order entry, checking inventory, following up on invoices and more. Responsibilities:

• Checking inventory for customers
• Order processing
• Documenting phone calls and email interactions
• Invoicing

Qualifications:

• Ability to conduct a large number of inbound calls
• Past customer service experience in manufacturing required
• Data entry skills

Skills:

• Great interpersonal skills while fielding phone calls from customers
• A strong proficiency with computers, in particular with the Microsoft Office Products
• Focus on quality

Experience:

• Two years of experience is required

Employment Type:

• Contract to Perm

Compensation:

• $22.00 to $24.00 per hour

Work Hours:

• 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
• 40 hours per week
