LHH is looking for a for a Business to Business Customer Service Representative for a contract to hire position in Monroe, NC! The ideal candidate has 2 customer service and order entry experience within manufacturing and can work in a fast-paced environment! This position is fully in office Monday - Friday.

Duties :

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing queries related to product details, pricing, order status, and shipping information.
• Facilitating order preparation and entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Obtaining and confirming drawings, documents, and special instructions as needed.
• Processing purchase orders through system and making necessary manual adjustments to ensure order accuracy.
• Entering manual orders for unique or special circumstances as per company procedures.
• Managing and expediting rush requests promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinating communications between customers and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Proactively communicating with customers regarding backorders, order updates, shipping delays, or changes.
• Handling Custom Product Requests and assisting with quoting software to address customer inquiries and challenges.
• Running and processing department reports to support operations and decision-making.
• Conducting periodic reviews for order accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Department Manager to support team objectives and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications :

• 2 years business to business customer service experience
• Manufacturing industry experience
• ERP / order entry system experience
• Salesforce experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work onsite Monday - Friday
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office
