LHH is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Totowa, NJ
Hours: 8:30-5:30
Key Responsibilities would include:
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward external and internal customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicating with customers via phone (between 40 – 60 calls daily), email, live chat and our CRM
- Entering incoming orders and addressing customer inquiries including stock availability, change orders, pricing, tracking of deliveries, lost and damaged merchandise, freight quotes/estimates and any other questions/complaints which may arise
- Troubleshooting and problem solving with the goal of first contact; resolving concerns, delays or issues as needed
- Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Knowing our products and item numbers to assist customers in the most accurate and efficient way.
- Researching and processing paperwork for returns and credits
