I am currently working with an AM LAW ranked law firm , who are actively recruiting for an Associate to join their growing Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Practice in Chicago .

Responsibilities

• You will work closely with Partners across the firm's national practice group on a broad range of sophisticated Cybersecurity and Data Privacy transactions.
• Offer advice on high-stakes cybersecurity and privacy matters on behalf of Fortune 500 and other companies.
• The firm's clients including private equity firms and their portfolio companies across an array of industries that includes energy, finance aerospace and defense, health care, telecommunications and transportation.
• You will work with the team on matters at a global level. This will include data protection, cybersecurity, incident response, privacy and AI.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 2 year of post qualification experience handling cybersecurity and data privacy matters.
• Excellent academics.
• Licensed to practice in Illinois.
• Strong writing and case management skills.
