Digital Marketing Specialist
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will have an opportunity to strategy and execution for a diverse roster of clients. In this position you will be digging into data, strategizing digital marketing campaigns, and testing and optimizing ad campaigns (SEM, PPC, Programmatic, SEO, Google Ads). You will leverage a variety of digital marketing tactics and disciplines while having your professional growth supported.
What you will be doing:
- Account and team support activities as designated by the Executive Director, Marketing & Strategy
- Help develop and maintain digital marketing best practices
- Execute digital marketing initiatives, including search engine optimization, PPC, social media and display advertising
- Perform data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement changes for increasing the performance of client SEO and digital marketing campaigns within specified budgets
- Manage digital advertising accounts on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and other ad platforms
- Provide guidance on landing page creation, including testing strategies for conversion optimization
- Review emails, content offers/lead magnets, other digital content as assigned
- Effectively communicate the value of digital advertising efforts to clients and stakeholders
Skill sets:
- 2 years active experience working in a client facing digital marketing and advertising role
- A high level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Understanding of search engine optimization, pay-per-click, and social advertising strategies and best practices
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DataStudio, SEMRush, ScreamingFrog, Moz
- Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications preferred
- Previous experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or other marketing automation technology a plus
