Our client, is in the midst of exciting digital initiatives, seeks a talented Digital Project and Innovation Manager to join their growing team.

About the Role:

In this fast-paced role, you'll be responsible for leading the charge on all digital projects, from initial discovery to successful implementation and beyond. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify needs, develop solutions, and ensure seamless adoption of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• ARCGIS is a must!
• Looking for a Farm Manager or Agronomic Project Manager with a Technology altitude
• Agronomy or farm manager with technical aptitude
• 2 years of one of the following Azure / databricks / block storage- analytics architecture RGS mapping and imagery software
• 5 years in digital strategy, with a proven track record in Discovery-Evaluation
• 3 years of Agronomy or Farm Management experience if possible
• 3 years of IT Infrastructure Databases Ex: Security and Data Analytics
• Adoption-Implementation of new and emerging Technologies
• 5 years of AGILE Methodology experience

• PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, etc.
• Excellent Communication

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• 8 years of experience in digital strategy, with a proven track record in implementing new technologies.
• A bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, computer science, or IT (or equivalent experience).
• Strong project management skills and experience using project management software (MS Project, Monday.com, Trello).
• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with SEO best practices is a plus.

Bonus points for:

• Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma).
• Experience in the agriculture industry.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
