Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the routing of our fleet of vehicles.
- Monitor driver progress and provide updates to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, routes, and traffic conditions.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions and assistance.
- Ensure compliance with transportation laws and regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a dispatcher or relevant position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Monday-Friday: 40 hours/week
- Compensation: $16.50-18.00/ph.
- Job Type: Contract to Hire
