Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch field units to appropriate locations based on customer requests, service requirements, and location.
- Monitor the status of field units to ensure timely completion of service calls.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and information regarding service status and estimated times of arrival.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, dispatches, and customer interactions in the dispatch system.
- Assist in route planning and optimization for field units.
- Handle emergency situations by following established protocols and coordinating with relevant emergency services if necessary.
- Provide support to field units, offering guidance and information to assist in service delivery
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in logistics or related fields preferred.
- Proven experience in a dispatch role or similar position.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with dispatch software and GPS systems.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required
- Monday-Friday: 40 hours/week
- Compensation: $45,000 annually
- Job Type: Contract-To-Hire
