LHH Technology is currently seeking a skilled E-Commerce Manager to lead our digital initiatives within the Food and Beverage sector. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and leadership acumen to drive our digital business forward. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence, optimizing marketing strategies, and ensuring seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Insights team to derive actionable consumer insights through social listening.
• Manage and optimize social media campaigns to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of digital demand fulfillment strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
• Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies, providing recommendations for enhancement.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to meet digital marketing needs.
• Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-commerce, including website development, SEO, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English; fluency in Chinese is a plus.

Salary: $100,000 to $140,000 10% Bonus
