LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Electrical Engineering Project Manager for our client in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time direct hire position is fully on-site. The Electrical Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of engineering projects, supporting electrical team members, collaborating with other offices, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires 10 years of experience and would be a great fit for an applicant with excellent communication skills and federal government project experience. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of engineering projects, including project planning and implementation
Manage and support the electrical team in meeting sales goals and key performance indicators
Collaborate with other offices and practice areas to develop solutions
Ensure compliance with safety policies, and quality assurance standards
Communicate with stakeholders, and attend key conferences and/or industry events
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
At least 10 years of experience designing electrical projects
Knowledge of civil design codes and software required
Must be Licensed Professional Engineer in New Mexico
Federal government project experience required
Excellent communication skills
Team player
