For this new role, the ideal person will possess 2-3 years of management-side employment litigation experience (but the firm will look at folks a bit more junior or a bit more senior).
This person must be comfortable billing 1800 hours per year, be comfortable working predominantly in-office (Cleveland), and want to work with "the most laid back practice group leader" at the firm.
This firm is also not snobby on law school attended but does value good grades, tending to gravitate towards GPA of 3.3 and/or top 25% of their class.
This position will be at the $155K-$165K mark for base compensation.
