Job Summary:

LHH is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to ensure safe operating practices, promote a healthy workplace, and comply with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing incidents, analyzing safety trends, implementing improvement initiatives, and conducting compliance training. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of EHS experience, leadership skills, and relevant certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage incident investigations and workers' compensation claims.

- Analyze safety trends and propose improvement opportunities.

- Conduct facility inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.

- Oversee safety training and maintain documentation.

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement in safety practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred

- 5 years of experience in EHS.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in organizational culture change.

- Certification in safety management preferred.

- Proficiency in OHSA and workers' comp administration.
