Job Summary:LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant who will be part of ensuring the seamless operation of the executive office at an amazing company. This role demands a strong emphasis on professionalism, discretion, and exceptional organizational capabilities, given that the Executive Assistant will have responsibilities encompassing the management of sensitive information, the orchestration of executive schedules, and support in a range of administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support:
    • Furnish comprehensive administrative support to our executives, encompassing schedule management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics.
    • Present yourself with the utmost professionalism and sophistication while representing our executive team both internally and externally.
  • Communication Management:
    • Meticulously manage and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with precision and an unwavering eye for detail.
    • Articulately draft, revise, and meticulously proofread documents and executive communications.
  • Calendar and Meeting Coordination:
    • Skillfully manage and organize executive calendars, ensuring the efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments.
    • Prepare and arrange materials for meetings, ensuring our executives are thoroughly briefed and primed.
  • Confidentiality:
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.
    • Exemplify strict confidentiality in relation to executive discussions and decisions.
  • Travel Arrangements:
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel plans, encompassing itineraries, accommodations, and transportation, optimizing both efficiency and comfort.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Assist with general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and office organization, bolstering the effectiveness of our executive team.
  • Professionalism and Etiquette:
    • Serve as a paragon of professionalism, exuding courtesy and a positive demeanor when interacting with colleagues, clients, and partners.
    • Uphold the highest standards of business etiquette and comportment, consistently embodying our core values.
Qualifications:
  • A preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in an executive assistant role or an analogous position.
  • Exemplary professionalism, along with superb interpersonal and communication competencies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adeptness in calendar management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational acumen and adept time management.
  • Unimpeachable discretion and an ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • An unrelenting commitment to precision and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in adapting to a dynamic work environment and performing effectively under pressure.
Details:
  • Employment type: Contract
  • Compensation: $22-26/hr
  • Work hours: 8:00 am ??? 5:00 pm

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
