Position: Executive Recruiter

Location: Hybrid

Salary: Competitive (Anticipated Salary: $50,000)

Incentive Program: Bonus and/or Commission

About the Role:

As an Executive Recruiter, you'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional job orders. This includes managing both client and candidate relationships, identifying new clients, interviewing candidates, and matching them with their ideal career opportunities. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, driven by a sense of urgency and a commitment to helping clients and candidates succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute full life-cycle direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional job orders.
  • Manage client relationships, identifying new clients and maintaining existing ones.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and match them with suitable career opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and drive business results.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and implement new technology to enhance recruitment processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of recruiting experience or relevant industry experience.
  • High adaptability and collaborative mindset.
  • Technically savvy with a willingness to learn and implement new technology.
  • Passion for helping candidates and clients succeed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
