LHH is Hiring a Field Service Engineer Near Boston, MA
Salary: $62k - $140k
Schedule: M-F No weekends
Industry: Capital Equipment.
Tools: Wet Lab experience, (microliter),
Sponsorship offered
Travel required: 50-75%.
- Mandarin language skills preferred.
- Post sales (Both small and large machines.)
- Mechanical chemistry background.
- Will work with Distributors.
- Give support post sale - Maintenance, repair, troubleshooting.
- BS in chemistry, biochemistry, engineering, optical engineering, or related field required.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on instrumentation service experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical and mechanical equipment.
- Flexible with work schedule changes and travel adjustments.
- Basic wet lab skills necessary.
- Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ protocols a plus.
- Experience with spectroscopy instrumentation (UV/VIS, Fluorescence, IR, FTIR, Raman) advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and capable of independent work.
