Finance Associate V

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced finance associate to join the G&A Finance Team of one of our Fortune 500 clients.

The perfect candidate will be an experienced professional helping to enhance scale, efficiency, and innovation within the Legal organization.

As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in strategic and operational initiatives, providing business analytics, insights, and recommendations.

Your responsibilities will span short- and long-term decision-making, business planning, forecasting, and support for ad hoc projects.

Job Responsibilities :

Strategic Metrics and Insights :

Collaborate with Finance and Legal partners to define and align key performance metrics that drive business growth and efficiency.

Identify risks and opportunities, presenting findings to stakeholders.

Develop business cases to inform investment decisions, including return on operational spend.

Analytic Support :

Provide hands-on analytical support to the business.

Generate actionable insights that influence resource allocation decisions.

Assist in building operating budgets, quarterly forecasts, and expense and capital expenditure planning.

Excel Modeling and Ad Hoc Analyses :

Create and maintain Excel models for financial analysis.

Conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions.

Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.

Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively.

Previous experience in FP&A.

Familiarity with financial applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
