Location: Mishawaka, IN 46544
Hours: M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm
Pay: $32 to $35.85 per hour
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to join our team in Mishawaka, IN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional quantitative skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for managing cash flow, forecasting liquidity needs, and implementing strategies to optimize our clients' financial positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily cash balances and manage cash flow effectively.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and analyze variances to ensure accuracy.
- Execute daily cash positioning and funding transactions.
- Maintain banking relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
- Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide support for treasury-related projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in treasury management or related financial role.
- Strong understanding of cash management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
