Fixed Asset Accountant needed for mid-size company located near Pomona, CA. Will pay up to 100k.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Maintain a comprehensive fixed asset list
• Conduct physical asset verifications on a cycle count cadence and reconcile findings with financial records
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for fixed assets and capital purchases
• Calculate and record monthly depreciation and amortization expenses
• Prepare and provide fixed asset reports and analysis for the Controller, as well as for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations regarding fixed assets
• Maintain organized and comprehensive records for all fixed assets, including purchase documentation, depreciation calculations, and disposal records

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree
• Min of 3 years of experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Multi-entity accounting experience a plus.
