Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead a small manufacturing company and oversee all aspects of our business operations and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both business development and operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality. Implement process improvements, manage production schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of 8, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Manage staffing, training, and development to optimize team capabilities.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and ensure cost control. Identify areas for financial improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Handle escalated issues and drive continuous improvement in customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in business development and operations management.
