LHH is Hiring a HR Coordinator Near Chicago, IL

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our clients dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the HR department with various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Process new hire paperwork and conduct onboarding orientations.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related reports and correspondence.
  • Assist with HR projects as needed.
  • Manage substantial administrative requirements of the department, including scheduling meetings, responding/sending emails, filing, responding to voicemails, conducting intra-office audits, making reservations, ordering supplies and food, event setup and breakdown, etc.)
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in HR or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • ADP experience is preferred.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour
