LHH is Hiring a HR Generalist Near Bronx, NY

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a HR Generalist with 3 years of experience in a similar position. This is a contract to hire role located in Bronx, NY, within the non-profit space.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation sessions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees when necessary.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance feedback, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
  • Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to address those needs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions on various topics including leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance training.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient with HRIS Systems
  • Prior Non-Profit Experience

Salary: $28-31/hr

Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.00 per hour
