Duties And Responsibilities
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Assist with planning benefit activities for all employees.
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Manage benefits administration to include but not limited to billing reconciliation, employee database audits and compliance with required notices.
- Coordinate Immigration processes and procedures and conduct internal audits of H-1B and L-1
- Analyze data and report on trends.
- Coordinates travel arrangements and temporary housing for transferring employees
- Recruiting and Onboarding
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- 5-8 years of human resource experience preferred.
- SHRM-CP a plus.
- Advanced skill level in Excel ( testing is required)
- Ability to prepare reports of data, analyze the data and present findings.
