LHH is Hiring a HR Generalist Near Raleigh, NC

Job Description:LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to ensure the seamless coordination of personnel practices and policies within the firm. Key responsibilities encompass payroll processing, recruitment coordination, policy interpretation and administration, benefits management, and other duties essential for the optimal functioning of the Human Resources Department. This role demands exceptional independent judgment, organizational prowess, and the capability to manage a diverse workload efficiently. Trustworthiness, precision, and the capacity to multitask effectively under pressure are critical attributes for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll processing efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, to meet staffing needs.
  • Interpret and administer HR policies, ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization.
  • Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and vendor management.
  • Execute additional tasks as necessary to bolster the effectiveness of the HR Department.
Qualifications:
  • 4 years of progressive experience in human resources roles, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Proficient in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations acquired through education and/or professional experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve issues judiciously based on factual evidence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel, and familiarity with Payroll Systems (ADP preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000
Work hours: 8:00 am-5:00pm
Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
