LHH is Hiring a HR Generalist Near Raleigh, NC
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, to meet staffing needs.
- Interpret and administer HR policies, ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization.
- Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and vendor management.
- Execute additional tasks as necessary to bolster the effectiveness of the HR Department.
- 4 years of progressive experience in human resources roles, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
- Proficient in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations acquired through education and/or professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve issues judiciously based on factual evidence.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel, and familiarity with Payroll Systems (ADP preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000
Work hours: 8:00 am-5:00pm

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
